Jeff Atwood (of Coding Horror and StackOverflow.com fame) apparently has a little side project that would be of interest to some over here: http://www.fakeplasticrock.com/

Apparently as a big fan of games like Rock Band, he's created his tribute site to "Fake Plastic Rock". He's also collected some videos of Bands playing themselves. Check it out.

Will might also like tips on how to get that cool Metal Flake look and that the new guitar is apparently modeled after a Schecter Classic!
